Standard Pick-Up Time apply from 8.30am – 4.30pm. If pick-up times fall outside these times please contact reception or call (07) 4051 5151.

Standard Drop-Off Time before 7.00am – 8.00am or night before, if drop-off falls outside these times please contact reception or call (07) 4051 5151.

Payment Policy

Visa or Mastercard accepted.

A 1.5% charge applies for payments made with a credit card.

Cash also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled from 24 days to 7 days prior to pick minimum one day hire cost or up 25% of Gross Rental
If cancelled 6 days to 1 day prior to pick minimum one day hire cost or up 50% of Gross Rental
If cancelled in 24 Hour’s or on day of pick up or NO-Show 100% of Gross Rental If vehicle is returned early for any reason there is no refunds for the unused rental days.
